A new lease on life.
Living in Singapore has given our family a new lease on life. After spending our lives living and working in the UK, the combination of an easier pace, great weather and an incredible sense of safety has made the move surprisingly effortless — and our kids are growing and thriving here. Singapore has also reignited our love of travel. With Changi on our doorstep, weekends can mean a pool day or Sentosa, while longer breaks are just a flight away. We love the food, the bars, the city and condo life — but perhaps most of all, we love that friends and family now have a reason to come and see us.

Singapore is warm and tropical throughout the year. We enjoy being here whenever we're not travelling.

Grand Hyatt
Sometimes the best Singapore experience is doing very little at all. A poolside drink and a slow afternoon is one of our favourite ways to enjoy the city.

Raffles
A Singapore classic. We particularly enjoy the courtyard — a peaceful setting in the middle of the city and one of the places that captures something of Singapore's character.

Sentosa
When the weekend calls for something simple, Sentosa gives us an easy escape from the city without really leaving Singapore.

The food scene
From hawker centres to some of Asia's best restaurants, eating is one of the great pleasures of living here. It is one of the things we never tire of.

Life by the water
The waterfront is one of our favourite parts of Singapore — particularly when the city starts to slow down in the evening.
